Selling Properties
Paying a percentage of the sale price never made sense to me. Does it really take 2x more work to sell a $500,000 property than a $250,000 property? Not in my experience. We believe in charging what the work is worth—a flat fee, based on the property type, not the property price. It’s straightforward, fair to you, and fair to me.

Buying Properties
More sellers are leaving buyer commissions up to negotiation, so I offer flat fees for my service. This keeps things simple and makes your offers more attractive.

Leasing Properties
I treat your property as if it were our own. I don’t take on every listing, only the ones I can give my full attention to. Flat fees apply here too.
